Lost Angel chapter1

The story starts when Ellen 9 years old woke in the sound of the bombs on their area,London,she was scared,her mom Hilda told her to come and bging her gas mask they ran downstairs and got out to Anderson shelter with bombs flying in the sky of London.Hilda told her daughter that she has to send her out of London so she decided to send her to her friend Gertie,but Ellen refused to go without her mom.
Hilda could not go since her dad and mother can’t shift and she can’t leave them alone.Hilda and Ellen left the shelter and got out they stood completely shocked with the scene of their house destroyed and all of the area was collapsed.Hilda went to see her parents but they were still under the destructions she waited until the moment came and they were pulled from the rubble unfortunately both dead.Hilda felt that she was alone without her parents and because her husband Doug was on a ship.she went to her frind house Mabel since her house was out of the bombed area Hilda told Mabel how lonely she was without her parents now and showed Mabel her mom necklace and told her that she is wearing it because it is her mom ’s.
